The PICA Group is looking for experienced professionals from various industries with transferrable skillsets to join our Strata Manager Traineeship program.


What to expect from the traineeship:

Developed with Strata Community Australia (SCA), you will undergo an intensive orientation and training program, followed by on-site training at a branch to which you are best suited, ensuring that you’re well equipped to succeed in the role.

Through this comprehensive and fully supported traineeship, you’ll receive the skills and hands-on experience you need to put you in the best possible position to succeed. We’ll help you identify career paths and genuine opportunities to progress within our organisation paired with a competitive remuneration structure.

Currently the traineeship program is only available in Sydney, New South Wales. 


Benefits to trainees:

Depending on your situation, we can offer you standard (8.30am – 5pm) or flexible working hours:

Option 1
35-hour working week
10am – 2:30pm
6pm – 8:30pm

Option 2
35-hour working week
1pm – 8:30pm (30-minute afternoon break)

Intake 1:  Monday 4 September – 15 September 2017

Intake 2:  Monday 16 October – Friday 27 October 2017

Intake 3:  Monday 20 November – Friday 1 December 2017

The traineeship will be ongoing and 2018 intake dates will be released in the coming months.  Classes will be held in Chatswood, Sydney…with other training locations coming soon!
